Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane told reporters on Monday he hasn't decided whether he's going to agree to a trade prior to the March 3 deadline.
Per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun Times, Kane said several teams have reached out to his agent, Pat Brisson.
“There’s definitely opportunities out there that are intriguing and could be exciting. We’ll see," Kane said.
Kane, who becomes an unrestricted free agent after this season, has a no-move clause.
The 34-year-old Buffalo native has nine goals and 25 assists for 34 points in 45 games with the rebuilding Blackhawks this season.
Kane has said he is playing with a nagging injury.
The first overall pick by Chicago in the 2007 NHL Draft, Kane has 439 goals and 775 assists for 1,214 points in 1,152 career games and has won the Stanley Cup three times with the Blackhawks.
