Joey Anderson is returning to the Chicago Blackhawks on a two-year deal with an $800,000 cap hit.
Anderson played in 55 games last season with the Blackhawks, scoring five goals and 17 points. He also appeared in 14 games in the AHL with Rockford, scoring seven goals and 16 points.
Chicago acquired Anderson ahead of the trade deadline in 2023 from the Toronto Maple Leafs as part of the deal for Jake McCabe and Sam Lafferty.
