Blue Jackets fans sing happy birthday to Gaudreau's son

It was a very special first birthday for Johnny Gaudreau Jr.

During a break in Saturday night's Columbus Blue Jackets-Chicago Blackhawks game in the Ohio capital, Blue Jackets fans belted out happy birthday to the youngster.

Baby Johnny was at the game with members of his family, including his mother, Meredith.

Johnny Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew, were killed on Aug. 29 after they were struck by a car while riding bicycles near their hometown in New Jersey.

USA Hockey paid tribute to Johnny Gaudreau by having his jersey in a stall at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

The Blue Jackets have been honouring Johnny Gaudreau all season.

In October, members of the team showed up at his daughter Noa's second birthday party.

Meredith gave birth to the couple's third child, son Quinn, in late December.
