The St. Louis Blues have signed 2023 first-rounder Theo Lindstein to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Wednesday.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Lindstein captured silver with Team Sweden at the 2024 world junior championship and led all defencemen in scoring throughout the tournament, with eight points (two goals and six assists).
The 19-year-old has spend the majority of the 2023-24 season with Brynäs IF of HockeyAllsvenskan, Sweden's second-tier league, where he's scored four goals and 15 points in 49 games.
Lindstein was selected 29th overall by the Blues at the 2023 NHL Draft.
