The Boston Bruins have signed Johnny Beecher to a three-year, entry-level deal, the team announced on Monday by GM Don Sweeney. The contract is for $925,000 annually.
Beecher, 21, finished up his third season at at the University of Michigan before joining the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League for nine games this spring.
Beecher was drafted by the Bruins in the first round — 30th overall — of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
