Boston Bruins forward Anton Blidh exited the game after being on the receiving end of a big open-ice hit from Tom Wilson of the Washington Capitals on Thursday night.

While there was no penalty on the play, Bruins fans voiced their displeasure.

It’s not the first time opposing fans have been upset at Wilson, who has been suspended five times in his career.
Wilson has 1,179 penalty minutes in 605 career NHL games. The Toronto native entered Thursday’s contest with 12 goals and 16 assists in 36 games this season.
