The Calgary Flames have recalled defenceman Ilya Solovyov from AHL Calgary, the team announced Monday.
Solovyov, 23, has appeared in six NHL games for the Flames this season, recording two assists. In 50 games for the Wranglers this year, he has notched five goals and 14 points.
The Belarusian was a seventh-round pick in 2020 for the Flames, selected 205th overall. He made his NHL debut on Oct. 23.
The Flames later announced that defenceman Oliver Kylington was listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury after not practising on Monday.
The 26-year-old defenceman left Saturday's game against the Edmonton Oilers after colliding with teammate Nazem Kadri.
Kylington, the Flames' nominee for the Bill Masterton Trophy, has collected two goals and five points in 28 games after missing the entirety of the 2022-23 season while taking a leave of absence for mental health purposes.
The Flames next play on Tuesday against the San Jose Sharks.
