Morrissey, the 29-year-old Winnipeg Jets blueliner, had yet to record a point in three games during the tournament.

He was projected to line up next to Colton Parayko on Canada's second pair. Instead, Travis Sanheim will move up while Harley will slot in with Drew Doughty on the third pair.

Harley, the Dallas Stars' 23-year-old, was called in late to Team Canada after Shea Theodore was injured in the opener against Sweden while Makar came down with an illness.

In his lone game, Harley logged 18:17 of ice time, fired two shots on net and blocked three.
