The Montreal Canadiens have agreed to a two-year, $2.8-million contract extension with defenseman Jordan Harris, the team announced Friday.
Harris' deal will come with a $1.4-million cap hit.
The 22-year-old has one goal and 11 points in 47 games. The rookie defenceman has played 57 career games in Montreal, posting two goals and 12 points.
