Canadiens agree to two-year, $2.8M contract extension with Jordan Harris

The Montreal Canadiens have agreed to a two-year, $2.8-million contract extension with defenseman Jordan Harris, the team announced Friday.

Harris' deal will come with a $1.4-million cap hit.

The 22-year-old has one goal and 11 points in 47 games. The rookie defenceman has played 57 career games in Montreal, posting two goals and 12 points.

Montreal selected Harris in the third round of the 2018 NHL Draft.
