The Montreal Canadiens announced that forward Artturi Lehkonen would not be in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers due to an upper-body injury. The Canadiens also lost forward Ryan Poehling during Sunday's contest due to an upper-body injury.
Montreal did not say how long Lehkonen will be out of action.
The 26-year-old from Piikkio, Finland, has 28 points (13 goals and 15 assists) in 55 games this season. Lekhonen has been on a hot streak with four goals and two assists in his past five games.
Montreal's next game after facing Philadelphia is Tuesday at home against the Arizona Coyotes.
