Montreal Canadiens forward Michael Pezzetta will have a disciplinary hearing for an illegal check on Monday, the NHL Department of Player Safety announced.
Pezzetta checked T.J. Oshie to the head at 15:44 of the third period in Montreal's 8-4 loss to the Washington Capitals Saturday night.
The forward was given a two-minute minor penalty for illegal check to the head following the play.
