The Montreal Canadiens have selected Owen Beck with the 33rd-overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.
Beck, a six-foot centre, registered 21 goals and 30 assists in 68 games with the OHL's Mississauga Steelheads last season.
Beck is the Canadiens' third selection in the 2022 draft, with Juraj Slafkovsky going first overall and Filip Mesar chosen at 26th.
The Canadiens had 10 remaining picks entering Round 2 on Friday.
