The Montreal Canadiens have signed defenceman Corey Schueneman to a one-year, two-way contract for the 2021-22 season.
The contract will pay $750,000 at the NHL level and $175,000 in the AHL.
The 25-year-old has three goals and seven points in 21 games with the AHL’s Laval Rocket this season. He is playing this season on an AHL-only deal that he signed as a free agent last July.
