Canucks assign forward Nils Aman to AHL

The Vancouver Canucks have assigned Nils Åman to AHL after the forward cleared waivers on Sunday.

Åman has played in four games so far this season, registering two assists.

The 24-year-old has been a healthy scratch the last three games.

Åman was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche in the sixth round of the 2020 NHL Draft. He joined the Canucks in 2022 as a free agent.

In 115 NHL career games, Åman has notched seven goals and 25 points.
