Vancouver Canucks forward Vasily Podkolzin has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against Boston after fighting the Bruins' A.J. Greer.
The 21-year-old Russian was bloodied during the first period altercation, and immediately left for the team's dressing room following. He did not return to the bench for the second period.
Greer on the other hand, appeared to pump up the Boston crowd as he headed to the box.
Podkolzin is the eighth Canuck this season to drop the gloves.
