The Vancouver Canucks, Rogers Communications and Sportsnet announced a new, 10-year agreement on Monday, extending the partnership through the 2032-33 season.
With the extension, Rogers retains the naming rights to Vancouver's NHL arena, called Rogers Arena since 2010, and Sportsnet remains the Canucks' exclusive regional television and radio broadcaster — continuing a 24-year-old broadcasting partnership.
"Since the launch of our network in 1998, Sportsnet has been a proud broadcast partner of the Vancouver Canucks,” said Bart Yabsley, President of Sportsnet.
"For more than 24 years, Sportsnet has had the privilege of bringing Canucks fans across British Columbia and beyond closer to their team by producing the best and most in-depth game broadcasts and team content across all our platforms. We look forward to continuing this legacy with our partners at Canucks Sports & Entertainment for the next decade."
Canucks Sports & Entertainment and Rogers will also work together to support youth hockey in the community, with initiatives through the Canucks For Kids Fund.
