Canucks sign defenceman Brad Hunt to one-year contract

Brad Hunt has agreed to terms on a one-year, $800,000 contract with the Vancouver Canucks, the team announced on Wednesday.

Hunt appeared in 12 games with the Minnesota Wild last season, scoring one goal and recording four penalty minutes.

The 32-year-old from Maple Ridge, B.C., has played in 191 career NHL games between the Edmonton Oilers, St. Louis Blues, Nashville Predators, Vegas Golden Knights and Wild.
