The Vancouver Canucks have signed goaltender Zach Sawchenko to a one-year, two-way contract, the club announced Saturday.
Sawchenko's deal sees the 25-year-old earn $775,000 at the NHL level and $200,000 in the minors.
The Calgary native spent the 2022-23 season with the AHL's Chicago Wolves, where he posted a 3.10 goals-against average and .895 save percentage over 41 games.
Sawchenko has played in seven career NHL games, all with the San Jose Sharks in 2021-22.
