Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin will return to the lineup Thursday against the St. Louis Blues.
Ovechkin missed the previous three games with a lower-body injury.
Ovechkin was on a six-game point streak before his injury but overall this has been a disappointing season for the veteran sniper.
In 39 games this season, Ovechkin has eight goals and 27 points.
