Washington Capitals forward Connor Brown exited Monday's game against the Vancouver Canucks with a lower-body injury.
Vancouver's Noah Jullsen hit Brown into the Canucks bench in the third period.
Brown couldn't put any weight on his right leg as he made his way to the bench after the hit.
The Capitals acquired Brown in a trade with the Ottawa Senators this summer.
Brown had 10 goals and 29 assists in 64 games with Ottawa last season.
