Defenceman Ian Mitchell and the Boston Bruins have come to terms on a one-year deal ahead of their arbitration hearing, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.
Mitchell, 24, will earn $775,000 next season with the Bruins.
The native of St. Albert, Alta., has 16 points in 82 NHL games with the Chicago Blackhawks. His signing rights were traded to Boston in June as part of the deal for Taylor Hall and Nick Foligno.
