Devils re-sign forward Michael McLeod to one-year, $1.4M deal

The New Jersey Devils agreed on a one-year deal worth $1.4 million with forward Michael McLeod, the team announced Saturday.

The deal keeps McLeod with the team he has spent his entire NHL career with.

In 242 games for the Devils over five seasons, McLeod has 19 goals and 47 assists. Last season, he finished with a career-high 26 points in 80 games.

McLeod also added two goals and four assists in 12 playoff games for the Devils.
