Vegas Golden Knights centre Jack Eichel is in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Kings.
Eichel left Thursday's game against the Florida Panthers after blocking a shot from defenceman MacKenzie Weegar off his right hand. Although Eichel was able to finish the second period, but he was ruled out for the final frame.
Eichel took part in Saturday's warmup after there was concern about his status going into the game as they were waiting for test results to come in. Vegas has been without several players, including starting goaltender Robin Lehner, Mark Stone, Max Pacioretty, Reilly Smith, Ben Hutton, Nicolas Hague, Alex Martinez and Brayden McNabb.
The 25-year-old Eichel has five goals and 10 points in 15 games with Vegas this season since arriving in a blockbuster trade from the Buffalo Sabres for Alex Tuch, Peyton Krebs and a pair of draft picks and recovering from neck surgery.
