The Calgary Flames have scratched forwards Jakob Pelletier and Walker Duehr for their Thursday night contest against the Vegas Golden Knights.
Pelletier, 22, has three goals and four assists in 22 games for Calgary this season, often playing on one of the team's top two lines as well as the power play.
Duehr has suited up in 16 games for the Flames this season, and has four goals and five points. The 25-year-old forward scored his fourth of the season in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Coyotes.
Nick Ritchie and Adam Ruzicka draw into the lineup in their place.
The move comes with the Flames in desperation mode, as they they are currently five points out of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference with just 12 games to play.
You can watch the Flames take on the Golden Knights Thursday live on Sportsnet at 10 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT.
