Flames sign forward Justin Kirkland to one-year, two-way deal

The Calgary Flames have signed forward Justin Kirkland to a one-year, two-way contract.

Kirkland was extended a qualifying offer by Calgary after spending the last three seasons in the AHL with the Stockton Heat. The 25-year-old has skated in 267 AHL games split between the Heat and the Milwaukee Admirals from 2016-2021 netting 33 goals and 104 points.

The Winnipeg native was a third-round pick of the Nashville Predators in the 2014 NHL Draft.
