The Philadelphia Flyers have signed forward Alexis Gendron to a three-year, entry-level contract worth $2.85 million, general manager Daniel Briere announced Tuesday.
The 19-year-old spent last season in the QMJHL, where he scored 55 goals and recorded 81 points split between Blainville-Boisebriand and Gatineau. He lead the league last season in power-play goals and ranked second in goals and shots. Over his junior career, he scored 97 goals for 141 points across 160 regular-season QMJHL games.
Gendron was selected in the seventh round by the Flyers in the 2022 NHL Draft.
