Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone will not be in the lineup when his team visits the Calgary Flames Wednesday night.

The team says Stone will miss the game with an upper-body injury.

The 29-year-old has been limited to only 28 games this season due to various injuries -- including a lower-body injury that kept him out for a month earlier in the season. In those 28 games, Stone has eight goals and 28 points.

It's unclear when Stone suffered his latest injury. He skated more than 15 minutes over 19 shifts in Tuesday's win over the Oilers.
