Keegan Kolesar is set to stay in Vegas.
The Golden Knights announced Friday night that they have inked Kolesar to a three-year, $7.5 million contract extension.
The extension runs through the 2027-28 season and carries an average annual value of $2.5 million.
Kolesar has spent his entire six-year career with the Golden Knights after being traded to the team for a draft pick by the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2017.
Over his career, the 27-year-old has played in 304 games, scoring 33 goals, totalling 84 points and laying 1,001 hits.
Kolesar, of Brandon, Man., was a member of Vegas' Stanley Cup-winning team in 2023-24, appearing in all 22 playoff games. He scored two goals in that post-season run.
Through 29 games in the 2024-25 campaign, Kolesar has seven goals — one shy of his career-best — to go with 11 points and a plus-3 rating while averaging just less than 13 minutes of ice time per game.
