The Carolina Hurricanes are bolstering their blue line with defenceman Sean Walker.
The 29-year-old spent last season split between the Philadelphia Flyers and Colorado Avalanche. In 81 games, Walker had 10 goals and 29 points while averaging 19:14 of ice time.
In six seasons with the Avalanche, Flyers and Los Angeles Kings, the Keswick, Ont., native has 26 goals and 96 points in 313 regular season games.
Walker was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Kings.
