Goaltender Michael Hutchinson will get the start in net in a must-win Game 5 for the Colorado Avalanche.
Pavel Francouz, who previously started for the Avalanche since Philipp Grubauer was injured in Game 1 against the Dallas Stars, has been ruled unfit to play in Monday’s game, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
Hunter Miska will act as the backup goalie for Colorado, Friedman reports. The 25-year-old joined the Edmonton bubble when Grubauer was injured and has yet to play in an NHL game this season.
Ben Bishop will start for the Stars after being deemed unfit to play for multiple games. Anton Khudobin had been playing in Bishop’s absence for the first four games of this series.
The Stars have a 3-1 lead over the Avalanche in the second-round series.
