The Winnipeg Jets have activated forward Mason Appleton and placed defenceman Dylan DeMelo on injured reserve, the team announced Saturday.
Appleton has been out of the lineup since suffering a wrist injury in November against the Seattle Kraken which required surgery.
Prior to the injury, the 27-year-old had one goal and four assists in 14 games this season.
The team also announced that they placed defenceman Dylan DeMelo on injured reserve. DeMelo has not played since January, but skated this morning in a non-contact jersey and is expected to be a full participant in Monday's practice.
DeMelo, 29, has two goals and 16 points in 46 games this season.
