The Winnipeg Jets re-signed forward David Gustafsson to a two-year contract with an annual value of $835,000 on Saturday.
The 24-year-old was a restricted free agent. In 39 games in the NHL with the Jets, Gustafsson had three goals and seven points while also had three assists in six AHL games with the Manitoba Moose.
Winnipeg selected the Swedish forward in the second round of the 2018 NHL Draft. In five seasons with the Jets, Gustafsson has scored four goals and 14 points in 113 career games.
