The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed forward Taylor Ward to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Friday.
The deal is worth $775,000 at the NHL level.
Ward had 32 points (11 goals and 21 assists) in 71 games with the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League this season.
He signed with the Kings as an undrafted free agent in 2022 after four years at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
The 26-year-old from Kelowna, B.C., has yet to play in the NHL and has 68 points (23 goals and 45 assists) in 158 career games over the past three seasons with the Reign.
