The Los Angeles Kings have signed forward Kaleb Lawrence to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Friday.
Lawrence is getting ready to compete in the Memorial Cup with the OHL champion London Knights.
The 21-year-old from Orleans, Ont., had 37 points (20 goals and 17 assists) in 58 games during the regular season split between the Ottawa 67's and Knights.
He also added nine points (five goals and four assists) in eight playoff games with London.
Lawrence was drafted in the seventh round, 215th overall, by the Kings in 2022.
