Kraken captain Mark Giordano out of lineup due to COVID-19 protocol

The Seattle Kraken announced captain Mark Giordano is out of the lineup Friday against the Tampa Bay Lightning due to COVID-19 protocol.

Giordano, 38, hadn't missed a game yet for the expansion franchise with three goals and four assists in 19 contests this season.

Seattle sits in last place in the Pacific Division with a 6-12-1 record.
