Kraken sign forward Pierre-Edouard Bellemare to one-year, $775K contract

The Seattle Kraken have signed veteran left wing Pierre-Edouard Bellemare to a one-year, $775,000 contract, the team announced Friday.

Bellemare registered four goals and nine assists in 73 games with the Tampa Bay Lightning last season. He also added a goal and an assist in six playoff appearances.

The 38-year-old from Le Blanc-Mesnil, France, has recorded 131 points (60 goals and 71 assists) in 660 games over nine NHL seasons with the Philadelphia Flyers, Vegas Golden Knights, Colorado Avalanche and Lightning.
