Tampa Bay Lightning defenceman Victor Hedman took part in Saturday's morning skate ahead of Game 3 against the Toronto Maple Leafs but is a game-time decision, according to coach Jon Cooper.
The addition of the former Norris Trophy winner would be a huge boost for the three-time Stanley Cup champions. The series is tied, 1-1.
Hedman left Game 1 after suffering an undisclosed injury. He was considered day-to-day ahead of Game 2, a 7-2 Leafs win on Thursday, but was eventually ruled out.
Fellow Bolts blue-liner Erik Cernak, who was injured during a hit by Michael Bunting in Game 1, did not participate in Saturday's morning skate. Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy was also missing from practice, but that isn't unusual, as he has previously not participated in practices on the day of games.
You can watch Game 3 live on Sportsnet and SN NOW beginning at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.
