Toronto Maple Leafs defenceman T.J. Brodie will not play on Tuesday against the New York Islanders, the team told reporters.
Leafs coach Sheldon Keefe said Monday that Brodie was hurt blocking a shot on Saturday in Ottawa against the Senators.
Brodie has two goals and nine assists in 47 games this season.
