Toronto Maple Leafs forward Calle Jarnkrok has a broken knuckle and will be out week-to-week, head coach Sheldon Keefe announced Saturday.
The 32-year-old was forced to leave practice on Friday after blocking a shot off his hand.
In 46 games this season, his second with the Maple Leafs, Jarnkrok has 10 goals and nine assists for a total of 19 points.
With Jarnkrok out, Ryan Reaves will draw back into the lineup Saturday against the Winnipeg Jets. The 37-year-old hasn’t played since suffering a knee injury on Dec. 14. However, he told Sportsnet’s Luke Fox that he’s been ready for “a couple weeks.”
