The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Friday that three players are dealing with day-to-day injuries.
Defenceman Jake McCabe (upper body) and forwards Nick Robertson (upper body) and Calle Järnkrok (lower body) missed the team's skate as a result.
While the nature and cause of Robertson and McCabe's injuries are currently unknown, Järnkrok has been dealing with his throughout the pre-season.
Järnkrok and Robertson did suit up for Thursday's game against the Detroit Red Wings, which the Maple Leafs won 2-0.
Järnkrok, 33, recorded 10 goals and 11 assists in 52 games last season, while McCabe, 30, had eight goals and 20 assists over 73 games.
Robertson, 23, posted 14 goals and 13 assists in 56 games last season. He scored both of the Maple Leafs' goals on Thursday, increasing his pre-season total to five.
The Maple Leafs and Red Wings will match up again on Saturday for each team's final pre-season games.
