The Toronto Maple Leafs recalled forwards Pontus Holmberg and Alex Steeves from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League on Monday.
Goaltender Joseph Woll was also loaned to the Marlies, the club announced.
Holmberg made his NHL debut this season and has five goals and 13 points in 36 previous games with the Maple Leafs. He also has five goals and 11 points in 22 games with the Marlies.
Steeves, who has made two appearances with the Maple Leafs this season, has 17 goals and 44 points in 53 games with the Marlies.
Woll had a 2-1-0 record plus a 2.04 goals-against average and .938 save percentage in three games with the Maple Leafs.
The 24-year-old Woll sports a 14-1-0 record, 2.32 GAA and .931 save percentage over 15 games with the Marlies.
The Maple Leafs are second in the Atlantic Division with a 38-17-8 record and next play Tuesday when they visit the New Jersey Devils.
