Maple Leafs without Sandin and Holmberg, McMann returns vs. Panthers

The Toronto Maple Leafs will be without forward Pontus Holmberg and defenceman Rasmus Sandin when they host the Florida Panthers on Tuesday night.

This is the second game out for Holmberg, who missed Sunday's contest against the Bruins in Boston due to illness, as did forward Bobby McMann. The latter is back however.

Wayne Simmonds, who played against the Bruins, comes out of the lineup for McMann.

Sandin, 22, is reportedly dealing with an illness (flu bug) that knocked Holmberg and McMann out of the lineup in Boston.

The Panthers (20-20-4) are on a two-game win streak and have won three of their last four contests.

Matt Murray with start in net for the Maple Leafs on Tuesday.
