After dropping Game 1 of their second-round series to the New York Rangers, the Carolina Hurricanes are juggling their lineup for Game 2.
Forward Max Comtois took to the ice for warmups, while forward Evegeny Kuznetsov was not on the ice, and was listed as out on the NHL roster report.
There was no injury designation placed on Kuznetsov, so he is currently considered out (undisclosed) for the game.
Comtois skated in just one game with the Hurricanes this season picking up an assist after signing with the team as a two-way free agent in March.
Kuznetsov was acquired by the Hurricanes from the Washington Capitals for a third-round at the trade deadline.
He scored eight goals and 24 points in 63 games between the two teams this season.
The 31-year-old also added two goals and two assists in Carolina's five-game series win over the New York Islanders in the first round.
