The New York Rangers have signed Swedish forward Gustav Rydahl to a one-year deal, club president and GM Chris Drury announced Monday.
The 27-year-old native of Karlstad, Sweden has played parts of the 10 seasons in the Swedish Hockey League with Frölunda, Växjö Lakers HC, Luleå HF, and Färjestad BK. He has collected 108 points in 371 games.
Rydahl, who is 6-foot-3 and represented Sweden at the 2022 Olympics, signed for $750,000.
