NHL unveils four finalists for Kraft Hockeyville 2025

Four communities across Canada will have a chance to see their hockey dreams come true.

The NHL, in partnership with Kraft Heinz, has announced the four finalists for the 2025 edition of Kraft Hockeyville: Crossfield, Alta.; Honeywood, Ont.; Saint-Bonifance, Que.; and Lower Sackville, N.S.

One winner will be selected for the grand prize of $250,000 to be used towards arena upgrades and will have an opportunity to host an NHL pre-season game.

The three runner-ups won't be left empty-handed, however, as they'll all receive $25,000 for arena upgrades, while all four communities will be given $10,000 in new hockey equipment, courtesy of NHLPA Goals & Dreams.

Last year, Elliot Lake, Ont. won, with Sudbury, Ont. playing host to a pre-season outing between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Ottawa Senators.

Voting for the Hockeyville winner will open on April 4 on krafthockeyville.ca. You can find additional information and more details about the four finalists on the contest's website.
