The NHL has unveiled the uniforms for next month's two-game outdoor Stadium Series at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The Stadium Series will see the New Jersey Devils face the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday, Feb. 17 (Sportsnet ONE, 8 p.m. ET) followed by the New York Rangers against the New York Islanders on Sunday, Feb. 18 (Sportsnet, 3 p.m. ET). Both games will also be available to stream on Sportsnet+.
The Devils uniform is dark red with black stripes and a black logo as the crest. New Jersey is playing in its second outdoor game after losing to the Rangers 7-3 at Yankee Stadium in 2014.
The Flyers jersey features a classic white logo with black and orange stripes on the arms and numbers on the shoulders. This will be Philadelphia's sixth outdoor game, with the most recent one coming at Lake Tahoe in 2021 against the Bruins.
The Islanders sweater is dark blue with an orange stripe across the middle, with the wordmark "ISLES" replacing the logo. The Islanders also lost to the Rangers at their only previous outdoor game in 2014 at Yankee Stadium.
The Rangers uniform includes the classic "NYR" wordmark diagonally across the front in red letters with a blue back, along with blue and red stripes. The Rangers are 5-0-0 in outdoor games and last played in the 2018 Winter Classic at Citi Field against the Sabres.
As previously announced, The Jonas Brothers will perform as part of the Stadium Series festivities.
