Oilers' penalty kill in shambles following loss to injury-plagued Capitals

Evgeny Kuznetsov had a pair of goals including the eventual game-winner and added two helpers while Dylan Strome had 2 goals and an assist of his own to help lead the Washington Capitals past the Edmonton Oilers 5-4.
