Oilers' Viktor Arvidsson returns to lineup against Bruins

Edmonton Oilers forward Viktor Arvidsson will be back in the lineup when they host the Boston Bruins on Thursday.

Arvidsson returns after missing 15 games due to an undisclosed injury.

The 31-year-old Arvidsson, who signed a two-year deal with the Oilers on July 1, has two goals and three assists in 16 games this season.

Meanwhile, Zach Hyman will not miss any time after sustaining a broken nose during Monday's 6-5 loss to the Florida Panthers.

Hyman, who scored twice in the game, was hit by a deflected shot from teammate Evan Bouchard in the second period. The 32-year-old returned for the third period wearing a full face shield.

Hyman has 10 goals and five assists in 26 games this season.

The Oilers will look to bounce back in the win column as they sit third in the Pacific Divison with a 18-11-2 record.
