Edmonton Oilers winger Kailer Yamamoto is not with the club as they begin a three-game road trip Monday night against the New Jersey Devils.
Stuart Skinner will start once again over Jack Campbell, with the Oilers trying to snap the Devils' 12-game winning streak.
Skinner currently holds a 4-4 record with a .930 save percentage and a 2.52 goals-against average. This will be a fourth straight start between the pipes for Skinner.
Campbell, who has a 6-4 record with an .873 saves percentage and a 4.27 goals against average, has not started since a 7-2 loss to Carolina on Nov. 10.
Yamamoto has missed the past four games due to an undisclosed injury.
The 24-year-old from Spokane, Wash., has just three assists and 15 shots on net in 13 games this season. He also missed the Oilers' final preseason game plus their regular season opener due to an undisclosed injury.
Yamamoto registered career highs last year with 20 goals and 41 points.
