Eetu Luostarinen has agreed to re-sign with the Florida Panthers on a two-year deal, the team announced Friday.
Luostarinen put pen to paper on a contract worth $3 million, with a $1.5 million average annual value, according to CapFriendly.
Luostarinen was a restricted free agent following the Panthers' exit in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The centre was acquired on Feb. 24, 2020 in the trade that sent Vincent Trocheck to the Carolina Hurricanes.
The 42nd overall pick in the 2017 NHL Draft picked up nine goals and 17 assists in 78 games for the Panthers this past season.
